We did 2 laps warmup, stretching, and drills, then we did mile warmup, mile speed changes. Then we went over to the 200 start and did 200s, then switched to 300s after the 3rd one. I hit 32, 33, 33, 53, 54. Then we did cool down to 5.5 I think |
