3 mile warmup 1 mile @ 6:00 pace, and then right into 6 x 1 min on/off @ 5:42-5:45 pace, 2 min recovery at 8:00 pace and then 1 mile @ 5:56 pace. 2 mile cooldown. Felt good today but pretty whipped after the workout.
PM: 2.5 mile shakeout run on the SF River Trail. I was going so slow I was passed by a man that looked to be in his 80's.
