12 miles with Rebecca in Provo Canyon. 7 miles easy, 3 mile tempo 6:11, 6:06, 6:01, 2 mile cooldown. I felt much better than I thought I would today. That pace felt good for 3 miles but I'm pretty sure I couldn't string it together for 80 minutes. I really need to decide which race I am doing next weekend. I feel like my training is more optimally primed for the 10k.....but wrapping my head around an all out 10k kind of terrifies me. I think I just need to realize that if I decide to do the half that my race can only reflect the training that I've been doing which has lacked long tempos!
