I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. I'm sorry you're dealing with threats of injury, Rachelle! I've been dealing with crap for a long time and it can get depressing. I keep reminding myself that any needed time off or backing off once in a while can't be bad for me (other than mentally). You know how to be smart and listen to your body. Good luck!
