AM:  10 miles in Provo Canyon with Rebecca, 7:25 pace.  We did a 3 mile cutback starting at mile six 6:40, 6:26, 6:04.  I'm going to try and kick my mileage/intensity up a notch the next two weeks and see how my body responds.  I've been fairly uncomitted with this marathon training - I think a combination of lack of passion + lack of speed.  But I've got 2-3 weeks to pull it together so I'm going to do my best!

You can do it Rachelle! I think sometimes the best races are the ones we don't feel ready for. Read Stephanie Talleys fb post about when she ran the Ogden marathon (if your friends w her) she said she went into it not prepared and low mileage but ran a 2:51. You got it and like you told me at the start of Provo and it stuck in my head ever since was to believe in yourself. That was the best thing I have had said to me at the start of anything. Thank you for that and now I'm going to give you back your advice believe in yourself. Love ya girl!
