3 x 2 mile workout with Jen, Amber, and Melissa on the Orchard loop in Payson. This route is tough because it starts/finishes on gradual uphills. But the consistency is nice. We were all kind of tanked after the first 2 sets so we skipped the half mile uphill on the last set and just did 1.5.
