AM #1: 7.5 in the orchards with 10 x 1 min on/off intervals, 7:24 AP. Just effort based for the intervals...I have no idea what paces I hit but they felt hard enough.
AM #2: 3 mile recovery run with Julia and her pups on Bonnneville Shoreline trail via Y mountain trail head, 10:35 pace. Perfect morning to be out in the sunshine!
