Treadmill tempo 3-2-1 workout. 2.25 mile warmup, 3 mile tempo 6:25 average, half mile jog, 2 mile tempo 6:13 average, half mile jog, 1 mile 5:58, .75 mile cooldown. 10 miles in 69:30. I actually felt pretty good today which was nice after feeling like crap for so many days in row. The last fast mile was definitely a bit of a push but felt controlled and I never felt like I was overdoing it.
