I bought a new pair of shoes - New Balance Acteva size 10 W 2A. Then I ran a mile with Tim to help him get in shape.

I ran Chuckarama with Brian Bennion. But he died at about 2.5 miles, so I took off and ran the rest by myself.

First day of track "preconditioning." Ally, Jeff F, Josh Decker and I ran Chuckarama. (Avg. 7:13/mi!) then we ran 2 stadiums. (Preconditioning is on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.)

Jeff and I ran around in Washington for a while, then we came back on Telegraph until I decided to go back by the Dogpound, so I ran lots. Then I lifted: 3X10 ALL: LE-7, LC-9, BP-45,50,55, SQ-75, ABS-5.

I am so so so sore from lifting yesterday. I ran an easy barbershop run because I'm so dead. It went well, but I'm still just as sore and stiff.
