So, last week went super well, I got in over 40 miles and my foot pain has been staying at a constant minimum. This next week, school's starting and with that comes Indoor. Tomorrow I'll talk to Reeder about ramping up my speed training slowly, I'm hoping to be able to race  by the end of the indoor season. Copious amounts of soreness and frustration are certain to be present in the next few weeks, but I'm so ready to be back in racing shape and competing for the best university ever!

Red air day, went to the fieldhouse and did 7.5 miles on the sweatmill. Jessie came and ran on the mill next to me, so we chatted and enjoyed less monotony. (K2 148.5)

Ran around campus and by the dorms for 35 minutes, then ran 2.25 miles on the track and 1.5 on the treadmill. Feeling freakishly sore from weights yesterday. (K2 156.5)

Six miler with Vanessa! Fun to run and chat with her, I miss having her on the team. Took it easy, legs still freakishly sore. Weights after, arms got killed muchly. (K2 162.5)

Went to the fieldhouse and did 8 miles: 2 on the track (7:20 and 7:30), 2 on the treadmill (8:00 and 7:30), 2 on the track(7:50 and 7:50), 2 on the treadmill (7:30 and 7:30). Last bit on the treadmill I did 6:30 pace for a quarter mile, then 6:00 pace for another quarter mile. Felt pathetically out of shape. (K2 170.5)
