| I ran backwards Bank run today, the hill was killer! I ran a couple (1st and last) miles sub-7 (6:30 & 6:50) and avg. mile was 7:15! | I ran at 9 pm out from my house toward the AZ strip and into AZ for a while. I meant to run 13, but my watch's batteries died at 5 miles, so I missed the turnaround and finally turned around a ways past the 7 mile spot. My legs are so tired! Ran really well, kept a good pace for the first half, then gradually picked it up on the last ones, Holt came back and helped me push it on the last half mile and pass up another lady so I came in second place!!! 19 minute PR, 6:56/mi pace avg. for the race. At the bottom of foremaster ridge (after going up and down) I passed Jeff, Josh Decker and Josh Chipman who went 6 miles! :) I ran so so so fast the last bit!
