Right after school I ran .5 to warmup a bit before lifting. Did 3x11: LE (7), LC (10), LatP (4*), Bench (55), Squat (80), Abs/back (5). *upped by one on LatP today. Went with the club tonight, wanted to get at least 6 in and if I was feeling good I wanted to go further. Didn't feel the greatest. We went out on a pretty fun trail, I'd like to go on it sometime when I'm normal, anyway, I went out about 2.75 then I was feeling pretty crappy again, so after we paused, I split from the guys and took the Chuckwalla trail back and around through the neighborhoods to the store. Total of 6.5 miles, avg. 8:45/mi. (Alchemy 267)
