Half-Hearted workout this morning after work. I just couldn't get it going for some reason. I guess it was just one of those days.

Got up this afternoon and had a decent 4 mile easy pace run No garmin but I'd guess around an 8:15 avg pace.. I started out slow but picked it up the last couple miles.

4 mile afternoon run after getting up from a rough night at the plant. I also got the leaves done and gutters cleaned before all the rain this next week. This frees me up for a little MTB ride tomorrow.

WOW!!! What a Great Day... 12 MTB ride in the morning then came home and grabbed the wife and we went back for a 2 mile hike up and down the hills of LBL. I'm counting the hike as running miles cause we hit it hard plus I'd done did 12 miles on the bike. It don't get much better than this!!!
