55 degrees and sunny at the start 68 at the end. Nice morning for a run but just a little warm for my taste.Started out slow to get the blood flowing and then threw in a few fasterr miles at the end to finish on a strong note. It's all down hill from here.It's time to rest up, heal up and go crazy watching something you have no control of "the weather".........
