| | Another warm one this morning temp was a little over 70. I was ok, running into the wind, for the first half but the second half was tougher running with the wind. My wind and legs felt ok I just feel like I'm overheating. Pretty uneventful run otherwise, at least there were no dogs today. |

No run this morning. Went to the Paul McCartney concert last night and didn't get home until about 1:30am. I don't remeber turning my alarm off at 5:00AM.
It was all worth it though, that was the Best concert I have ever been to, just great. Paul sounded great, and how many times do you get to see a Beatle in SLC. | | Add Comment |
| | A cooler morning today, around 60 at the start. That really felt great. I got out about 30 minutes early to get in the longer run while it was cooler. Started to get a little warmer with about 1 mile to go. Great run this morning, only 1 dog today running out in the road barking not really a threat. |

| | Easy run today, tried not to push it too hard. Got out a little early again to try and beat the sun. I made it until about 3.25 miles before the sun hit me coming over the mountain. Had some great Rolling Stones songs for the run today, Start me up, Beast of Burden, and *itch. I think Beast of Burden is probably my favorite Stones song, makes the run better. |
