| | Still taking it easy on my heel so I rode the bike indoors on the trainer today. I think I sweat more riding the bike than I do running. I rode for 50 minutes today counting 5 miles. | Add Comment |

Got some heel inserts on Saturday and the combination of taking it easy last week, some Aleve, and the inserts my heel is feeling pretty good. I hit the TM this morning for a nice really easy 48 minutes. Heel still feels good 4 hours later so hopefully I've turned a corner.
Very snowy and windy this morning and it's supposed to be crappy all week snow again on Wednesday and Friday, where's Spring. This is January all over again, yuck!!!!! |

Ran outside this morning nice and easy. A little discomfort in the heel but nothing like the last few weeks. May have to hit the bike again tomorrow to give it a rest and not push it too much. Felt good to get outside for a run after all the snow the last couple of weeks.

| | Rode the road bike inside on the trainer this morning. Snowing outside again, what else is new. Main reason for riding the bike was to give my heel a rest. It feels like it's getting better every day. Rode for 50 minutes, I wish my butt would get used to sitting in that seat it's still a little sore. | Add Comment |

Pretty tired today and on top of that a good headwind for the first couple of miles. I felt like the effort was there today but the time was slow. Heel is still feeling better not completely healed yet.

| | Raining and windy today. Today was just a short one on the TM. Tried to pickup the pace a little from yesterday's SLOW pace. Got home late last night after my son's lacrosse game down at Bingham high school so I was pretty tired again. Slept in late so I only went 30 minutes today, last :30 seconds at 8:00 min pace. |
