Alright, my training has been sporadic and poor. Rather than attempt to reconstruct, I will start again from today:
9 miles, moderate pace. Followed by 1 hour step interval class and 30 minute core class.
7 miles at home with kids in the next room.
5 miles, followed by one hour FIT class, followed by 2 easy miles.
