Evening 30 minutes on elliptical.
1 Mile warm up (8:20) , then 3.5 tempo (7:05), and then 2 easy (8:00) cool down. Followed by one hour step with athletic intervals.
7 miles easy (8:12) followed by 7 miles moderate (2 @7:40, 2 @7:25, 2 @7:08, 1 @6:50) and 1 mile easy to end (8:12).
7 easy miles with random inclines at 8:25 ish.
