1 mile warm up at 8:30, then 20 sets of two minute intervals at 6:22 pace with 1 minute recovery between at 8:30 pace, then cool down to finish again at 8:30 pace.  The intervals were run at CV pace according to Tinman's pace chart, and again like his tempo pace, despite being a "Big Workout" it did not wipe me out.

Followed by one hour Step Interval.

Paul thanks for your comment. I don’t think your training has been shabby at all. I am just trying to keep up the intensity to prep for Boston 176 days and counting. Usually I start taking it very easy this time of year and it wasn’t until five years ago that I even started running during the winter. I am trying to map out a few races to keep me on edge and I have decided on the painters half on Jan 17th and Moab ½ Canyon Lands March 21st ( I guess this one is a lottery) If you have any good suggestions for any others let me know.
