BTW, if it weren't the Wasatch Running Center lettering on your shirt (in your blog photo) we could be in the same club. Lately, I've also been wearing my red shirt, black shorts and white hat to races.

What does your core workout consist of? I'll be doing much more of that in the future.

Cal, for my core work I typically go to a core class -- 30 minutes which varies, but we typically do some plank, some oblique work, and use those gym balls and a bosu. The instructor is a big yoga guy, so we also do some lower back work. I should do more, but figure anything is better than nothing.
