12 miles at under 6:40 pace, that's cruising! and you're already over 66 miles for the week... way to go!

Thanks Cal, if the miles weren't downhill I would be much more stoked. I feel right on the fringe of being close to 3:00 given the downhills, but am not confident.
I'm thinking you both have it in the bag. Paul, if you can run these training runs this fast, it seems to me you will be totally fine. Best of luck.
