Followed run with some foam roller, then 30 minute core class.

It was good to see Julie running her downhills as well.

Wow!! You're a hill machine. Hey, my hubby is an attorney in Salt Lake as well. Where did you go to Law School?

From RivertonPaul on Wed, Sep 10, 2008 at 15:24:21

BYU Law School. I've already seen you are a U fan, that's ok.

From Kim on Wed, Sep 10, 2008 at 15:36:17

We have BYU fans and Utah fans all right in the same home and do well, so I suppose it will work out on the blog! ha ha!

Thanks for your advice about the foam roller. I think I want to find one of those. I know Bonnie has mentioned it to me many times.

Yes, I am a U fan, but my hubby is a Y fan. He also went to BYU Law School. Let's see, I think he graduated from law school in 2001. How about you?

Thanks for suggesting the downhill treadmill run. It was a great workout. I don't think I even broke a sweat. ha ha. If you have any suggestions for my taper I would love to hear them.

Dang dude, how do you keep track of all those incline and pace changes? I have a hard enough time remembering my name at the end of a good run.
