Been kinda hard to blog when all I've been doing is elliptical and barbell class (I'm not going back and entering what I've done, cause I've lost track)  Well, I guess I also didn't blog while I was away on wonderful family vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina.  Anyway, here I am, again.

60 minutes elliptial.  One hour barbell strength.

Welcome back! I've been away for a while too. I hope the Achilles is making some progress. Check out my latest blog when you get the chance...I had an interesting experience on the trail on Saturday.

Welcome back. How's the Achilles coming along? Good, I hope!

YES!!! You are blogging again! I was getting tired of the same Lunch invite! Haha!

Happy to hear you had a wonderful family vacation!

c'mon what's hard about blogging what you've been doing! Speaking for myself, I don't have a clue what barbell class does/is! Just hearing you are doing something and staying alive and well means so much! you know how we worry!

Are you having another injection in Aug? seeing progress?

Hey!! Just 'caught up' on your summer :)

I ran Outer Banks Marathon last November - you should visit that time of year, it is a really great race - SO flat! Except going over the bridge to Roanoke Island at mile 23ish.

Hope things are continuing to heal well!

Oh the vacation sounds great! Hatteras? Ocracoke? Did you meet any Hoi Toiders?
