Alright, my training has been sporadic and poor.  Rather than attempt to reconstruct, I will start again from today:

 9 miles, moderate pace.  Followed by 1 hour step interval class and 30 minute core class.

Yes, I am still doing the Slam, though I have to admit at this point my training is behind where I had hoped. (Seems something always gets in the way.) I didn't make the lottery at St. George, but in any event, I will do Des News in addition. I'll see how I feel towards the fall to see if I want to use the Slam to get into St. George.
