30 minutes pool running.  Unfortunately, my pool does not have deep enough water to make this very worthwhile.  Oh, well, I tried.

1 hour total conditioning class.

50 minutes arc trainer.

WOW, gorgeous hairdo! That hour of conditioning sure gives it the silky shine. :) Sorry about the shallow pool, at least you didn't get your hair wet! What's with the accessories...handcuffs?

Smooth posts a good question there about the handcuffs. LOL

Pool running is good exercise, but you do need a deep pool.

I'm all taped up with KT tape. Have you tried it for your injury? I'm telling you they do some voodoo magic on the stuff that makes injuries get better.
