There is a track around the field where Chase practices so I figured I'd get in some speed work during his practice. 1 mile warm up 5 x 1 mile at half marathon pace (6:24, 6:38, 6:38, 6:40, 6:45) with 1/4 mile walk/jog recovery. 1 mile cool down My pace was way off on my first mile and that really made the rest of the workout tough.
