I still can't walk quite right, so I hopped on the bike trainer for a spin for about 50 minutes.  It's funny that biking caused the initial problem, but biking didn't seem to hurt it.  It's going to be at least a full week from now before I may be able to run.  Big Bear may become a training run.

Pain behind knee slightly better.  Still just did 50 minutes on bike trainer.  I'm hoping to try out jumping rope soon.

I walked a few miles on the TM.  Pain is improving, but still a long way from running.

40 minutes on the bike trainer. I am walking almost pain free. Maybe just maybe I'll try the jump rope tomorrow.

2 mile TM walk followed by 5 minute jump rope. No significant discomfort!!!! Hopefully it still feels good tomorrow.

Walked 2 miles on TM then jumped rope for 10 minutes then did yard work. Leg is improving, I'll probably try slow running Monday.
