After 3 rest days, (I did work yesterday but I pretty much slept all weekend.) I felt good enough to run again this morning. I was not 100%. I had to walk some of the hills that I usually run, but I got in 8 slow miles on the trails.

Wow it is humid...for here. 

TM 1 mile warm up, 5 at 6:35 pace, 2 cool down

Obviously I am still not 100% because that was a long as I could hold that pace.  I did feel a little more energetic this morning though.  And I was a big sweaty mess when I was done. Gross!

6 on the trails.  No energy today.  I'm going to be se happy when I get back to feeling like my normal self.  If running always felt like it has the last couple weeks, I'd give it up.
