25 minute lake swim Then my swimming partners and I spent the rest of the morning water skiing. My first run I popped right up on the slalom ski and had a great run until my legs tired out. It was a blast. Then after letting the other guys go I went for a second time and somehow popped my right groin muscle in the process of getting up. I iced it when I got home, but I am hurting now that I'm at work. :( I hope it doesn't hamper my running too much.
