I was excited to get to the gym after last nights run. I decided my knee could use another good week of cross training, so I got on the stair machine again. 40 minutes alternating running for 2 minutes/ walking for 2 minutes. That was way harder than my run last night. When I finished I felt like I might pass out. I really pushed hard today, but if it is keeping me in running shape, I'll keep doing it.
