I know this may sound blasphemous to many a runner, but I'm having one of those weeks were I realize how many things in life are more important than running. I still love running, but how much time am I willing to dedicate to it? I've actually really loved having the week off from any hard running. I think my knee will feel better on Monday, so I'm sure I'll be back at it, but I'm not sure how into I'm going to be. 30 minutes elliptical- no knee pain 5 minutes stationary bike- much less pain than yesterday
