Walking around and going up and down my stairs and everything was feeling 100% over the weekend, so I went to the gym with the intention on doing a tempo run. I started the run easy at 7:30 and quickly realized that my calfs are still not 100% for running, so I just kept it at 7:30 for 8 miles (1 hour) on TM 1% incline. I'll try again on Wednesday, but it may be next week before I get to run fast again. :-( |
