This morning went much better than yesteday morning, but I will admit it was really hard to get out of bed for early morning seminary when the alarm went off.  After that the morning was nice.

1 hour jumping rope followed with some planks.

I'm not sure if I have ever jumped rope for an hour straight before. It gets a bit boreing, but it left me feeling spent like I do after some good speed intervals.

Good job with the jump roping. That is a long time! I am impressed. I took this morning off. Knee is a little mad at me and I had to pick Lexi up at 12 last night after a soccer game. I was really tired. Really glad your morning was better!

Sounds like a very intense work out! Good job! What do you do to keep your mind from going crazy while you jump rope for that long?

Blake, take care of that knee. No injuries! You don't want to be like me.

Smooth, I do pretty much the same things I do when I'm running. I ponder life's great mysteries. :)

I take it the hammie is better?
