I slightly tweeked my left knee this morning doing one of the exercises. It wasn't enough to keep me from finishing the workout. I do love plyometrics. It really gets the heart beating and the lungs gasping.

Not to mention great power to the push off and huge strength for balance and stablizing! :) GOOD WORK!!! Hope the knee is feeling better by now! :)

Be careful. I'm excited and nervous to start P90X. lol. I'm going to start a week after St. George.
