My calf was sore this morning, and I was bumming with last night's failed run. I knew I shouldn't run, so I did the next best thing: Stairs. 10 min. elliptical 40 min stair (8 repeats- 3min run/2 min walk) 10 min. stationary bike My calf is still pretty sore this afternoon, but it felt good to have a good workout. If things don't improve quickly, my chances of BQing UVM are going to be slim.
