I was trying out a new pair of shoes today. Adidas Adios Boosts.  It is always fun to run in a new pair of shoes and today was no exception.

Here are our goal splits with even calculations for the up hills and monkey on our backs the last 6 miles. The last portion is even calculated out to .33 instead of .2 to figure in the extra distance the course had last year. I sure would love to have you running next to me and I know your such a machine and with what you have been doing lately you should be able to make it this year!

That is impressive Jeff. I'm thinking about just shooting for a 3:10 so I don't crash and burn and fail to BQ (3:15). You on the other hand should have no problem with the sub 3 this time around. You have had a great training cycle. I am starting to peak at the right time, but I just don't think I have been able to get in enough miles.

You are crushing your runs!!! NICE! :)
