Any time you can say you ran 20 miles at an 8:16 pace because you wanted to run slow ... well ... that is stinkin' AMAZING!!! Your fit as a fiddle, my friend!!! :)

Teena/ Dale, thanks. My legs feel perfectly fine today. I did the elliptical yesterday and will do some ab and core work tonight. Tomorrow morning I'm going long and slow again, probably another 20, but it will depend on how my legs feel when I'm running.
