I took yesterday off to allow the foot to recover some.  Today was supposed to be one of my 3 running days for the week, but I decided to give the foot a break and did the stairs for 30 minutes instead followed by 20 minutes ellipical.  I think I may stay with the stairs and elliptical for a bit before I try running again.  I'll just wait and see how it is feeling.

Good idea, Rhett. You're being very smart with your foot.

WAY to play it safe and give the foot more time. NICE stairs and ellip. Keep the Xtrain going! Hope the foot behaves soon!

Way to take it easy...I know it is probably hard...but it will be the best in the long "run" :)

From Kelli on Tue, Sep 08, 2009 at 17:10:36 from 71.219.97.42

I raced yesterday without the tape and I can now tell you that, YES, the tape really does seem to help.

Rhett - I'm with Smooth ... how are you??? It's been a week!

From Rhett on Wed, Sep 09, 2009 at 12:22:01 from 74.41.249.102

Hi everyone. I'm still alive and not running. I just haven't been in the mood to post anything since I haven't run for a while. I've been staying strong with my weight lifting, stair climbing, and eliptical work. My KT tape should arrive any day now. I'm waiting for that before I try to run again. Kelli, I hope it works for me as well as it does for you. I hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend. I had a blast just being with my family.

From Smooth on Wed, Sep 09, 2009 at 17:31:07 from 71.36.82.61

Happy to hear you had a great weekend with the fam. and you're working hard at xtraining. No need to rush the running especially when your next big dance is not till April. Hope the K tape works too.

Smooth is right. Hang in there Rhett!
