I could tell right as I started my run that my legs were very tired and heavy so I decided to make it a recovery run and keep the pace nice and easy which ended up not feeling so easy by the end, even though it was slower than normal.

well done - it means you are making progress (it must, right?)

Good job listening to your legs. My legs are feeling it too. I did swim this morning and the water was really nice. The nose plug worked wonders with the snorkel. It was a nice swim.

Nice job pushing the bike ride yesterday,...your legs deserve a rest day! You still got in 8 miles and at a pace that I would be puking! Ha! :). Yep, getting stronger and better all the time!

Tim, I think it means I had a great week last week and now I need to recover. Hopefully that means progress.

Blake, it sounds like your legs will get a little break this weekend. You should be ready for a great training week the next week.

Smooth, thanks. I only have 8 more weeks and 2 days of tri training and then I can start just focusing on running... but whose counting? :)
