I'm changing it up this week and am going to try and start swimming 3 times per week, so I swam today.
Warm up then 10 x 200 m. I was keeping a good pace for the first 6 but the last 4 were slow.
13 miles Zwift races. Rode hard but was at the back of the pack. Category B is way harder then C.
Then did some calf raises and 10 minutes jumping rope.
