After warming up with some agility steps and stretching, I did an nice easy 8 mile TM run. I was feeling really good this moring even though I slept terribly last. My weight is finally back down to 160 yet I feel strong. I think my cardiovascular system is finally reaping the rewards of all my training and it feels good. Now I just have to be careful not to overdo it so my skeletal and muscular systems don't break down.
Zwift 30 minutes solo then an hour riding with Blake for a total of a little over 28 miles.
