I'm going to take the rest of the week off from running in hope that my calf will be good to go on Monday.

Nice cross training Rhett. I would send healing positive thoughts to you and your calf but I don't think they would make it all the way from Oregon. Too far.

Smooth, yes it's the same calf I strained at Boston. It'll get better... eventually.
