Nice recovery miles. What kind of pace are these? (I need to know how slow I should be running my easy days :)

Marc, today my recovery pace ended up being 8:10. I have been running by feel for the last month or so. Some days my recovery pace is closer to 8:40. Yestreday my easy pace was 7:45, but has been as fast as 7:30 and as slow as 8:15.
Are you totally confused now? I just run what feels right and then at the end of the run, look at my watch and see what I did.

I like that idea...it's hard to do that when I'm running with my ultra-competitive buddies (though they insist (incorrectly) that I'm the competitive one :)
