MORNING
Got up and ran a nice recovery run. 6.8miles avg pace 8:30 last mile did 10, 10 sec hill sprints. Since I started going 2 a day I've had some incredible energy. I'm wondering when it is going to catch up with me.
EVENING
45 mins ArcTrainer. It's like an eliptical machine, but has a longer stride length. That was a tough workout. |
