MORNING

Got up and ran a nice recovery run.  6.8miles avg pace 8:30 last mile did 10, 10 sec hill sprints.  Since I started going 2 a day I've had some incredible energy.  I'm wondering when it is going to catch up with me.

EVENING

45 mins ArcTrainer.   It's like an eliptical machine, but has a longer stride length.  That was a tough workout.

Obviously the two-a-day is working great for ya...tagging hill sprints on your recovery run???!!! You are so CREATIVE, SMART and STINKING FIT!!!! You're AWESOME. Don't worry about "it cathcing up on you." It won't, you're too smart for that, plus nothin's going to "catch" you, you're TOO FAST! :)
