30 minutes eliptical followed by some extra stretching. Felt good to stretch realy well.

Good luck on that 5k tomorrow!! I ran part of our local 5k route today and was thinking how much I hate them. BUT you have the speed, so you should LOVE them!

OH YEAH!!! Playing it very smart man. Good job on the stretching and eliptical. Your going to do awesome tomorrow. Did you say this was a nice flat course or is there some hills in it??

"Some hills" would be an understatement. You drop about 400 feet in the first mile then climb about 100 feet to the turn around point. Then do it all in reverse on the way back. That last uphill mile is walked at least partially by most of the racers and is where you separate the contenders from the pretenders. Thanks for the good luck wishes.
