Well, it has to cool down now, right? It's November.

For some reason my resting heart rate has been hovering around 100 and I'm not sure why. I got turned way from donating plasma yesterday because it was 109, 103, and 107. They let you try three times before kicking you to the curb. I do know that when I'm running, my heart rate it up around 160 or higher, and that's just a slow jog. Not good.

That's really high for a resting HR. Is your doctor aware of that?

I just had my semi annual physical last week and they weren't concerned. I also had another doctor appointment a couple of days ago for my uvula and they didn't say anything either. It's just odd to me that it's always so high.

Go back to the doctor for a second opinion, or go to a new doctor for a second opinion.
