Nice job Rhett. Were you pressed for time or do you keep it to 30 minutes to help with your recovery? I haven't read your blog in a while, but it seems like you used to always go for around 60 minutes or so.

Hey Mack, great to have you back blogging. You must have been real busy lately. I'm still recovering from the stress fracture and I worked out during lunch today so I only had 30 minutes.

I work out at lunch quite often so I know what you mean about the time squeeze.
