No limp is a good thing. You are playing this very smart as usual.

That's good news. Maybe give it a few more days before you try running on it.

Thanks Andy. Unfortunately I'm becoming an injury expert. I learned a lot last summer about being patient with an injury and not running on it before it is ready.
Tim, I'm trying to be good.
Dale, if it feels right, I'll try and run with Doone this Saturday. That way I won't run too fast. Right now I can still tell it is not even close to running on yet.

Keep up the positive attitude! NICE workouts! Cycling for an hour would make my sitter sore; not to mention very boring! You're doing awesome!
GOOD LUCK with the test run on Sat. w/ Doone and remember to have FUN!

Nice ride on the bike, did you take a class or on your own?

Smooth, thanks. So far I still have hope for a speedy recovery and therefor have been able to stay positive.
Kathie, I just rode on my own. I made it 19.43 mile in 1 hour. I'll try to get in 20 miles next time.

That's some super speed there on the bike! :) (And let me guess ... it wasn't on an easy level either.)
Seriously ... nice job!! Stay motivated!!

Teena, thanks for the info on the KT tape. It seems to be helping. Please thank your PT friend for me also.
I still get some sharp pain, when I first start walking after having sat for a while, but then it seems to be pain free after a few steps.

Hoping that it is getting better by the minute. :)
