That's awesome! I need to figure out why my heart rate is always so high, even when resting. Every time I go donate plasma, I barely pass with a HR between 90 and 100. Anything over 100, they make me sit down for 15 minutes to see if I can get it lower. Sometimes I can't. Last week I went in and it was 115, so I waited and it only got down to 105, so I couldn't donate that day. I was bummed.

I should wear a monitor once in awhile. I just get lazy about it.

I only wear the HR monitor on easy days to make sure I keep it easy. On fast days I don't care what my HR is.

That's actually a good idea. Its way to easy to think you should be running faster on recovery days.
I need to steal this idea

Great heart info, I'll try it your way!
