I have not added weights back in my routine until after Ogden. It is really weird how I miss them.

Kathie, I think you are doing the right thing staying away from the weights until after Ogden. It does feel good to be back at them though. I'll stop 3 weeks before UVM.
Smooth,thanks. I try to mix things up to keep proper muscle balance. I think it helps make me a better runner too. Running days are definitely my favorite though.
